Don’t Get Sidetracked and Stuck: How to Get that Right Job After Graduation
Now is not the time for a scattered job search. Join Kirk Snyder, USC Marshall Associate Professor of Clinical Business Communication, in a virtual interactive discussion developed for USC Marshall Parents and Students. In the current COVID-19 environment, recognize why "who you are" has immense value in the job market today and zero-in specifically on the right fits for you. Parents will also learn some helpful ways to support their students in their job search, so we encourage you to invite your students to join with you during the session.

Based on the principles of his soon-to-be-released new book, Finding Work You Love (Penguin Random House), and his highly popular Marshall career development courses, Professor Snyder's trademarked "Working You" system is built for challenging economic environments. Snyder's "Working You" system is designed to help you identify the strengths you bring to today's new job market—and then match them with a job that rewards you for who you are in the world of work.

All attendees will receive a free PDF workbook "How to navigate the COVID-19 job market" that has been written by Professor Snyder and designed by his publisher to be used as an additional resource to his new book. USC Marshall will also be giving away signed copies of Finding Work You Love to a few lucky attendees so be sure to register in advance and attend live! Space is limited. The session will be recorded for those unable to attend live due to limited capacity and a recording will be emailed to registrants after the event.

Please submit any questions you have for Professor Snyder in advance in the Questions & Comments section below.
